About the Tim Wallace Band

Since 1991, The Tim Wallace Band performed exclusively for private receptions and ceremonies held at the finest hotels, country clubs, and private homes located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The band is now only available on a reunion basis. Full advance payment is requested in order to reserve the original musicians for a performance.

Tim still prefers to discuss details 30 days prior your event with you to discuss party planning options and offer help with organizing the level of protocol desired. A detailed itinerary is then prepared and shared with caterers and vendors in advance of the party. (E.g. 1st dance timing, MC introductions with correct pronunciation, style of party: black tie, casual, costume, etc.). This level of service has proven itself again and again to create exceptional results toward parties that your family and guests will rave about for years.

Music for wedding ceremonies and hors d'oeuvre receptions are provided with smaller ensembles derived from the six member orchestra. (E.g., guitar & flute, ceremony vocalist, piano & sax, jazz trio). These ensembles create wonderful musical atmospheres (even at different locations) so all the guests are joyfully entertained. You then get to relax and enjoy the music yourself as everything runs smoothly and your guests compliment you on your good taste and wisdom.
